Quotes - ring us, fax us, e-mail through our web site, we will discuss and identify your requirements, give advice on what you need, and arrange an on-site visit.
Contract - we do not normally utilise contracts unless the customer requests us to do so. We don't need to tie our customer to a contract - we are so good they want to keep us on ! We don't stipulate length of contract - could be a few days or years.
Credit terms - invoice monthly in arrears - payable within 14 days of receipt of invoice.
Notice to terminate - ideally a minimum of one week. But obviously
sites finish, businesses are sold etc.
We don't have contracts unless requested by client. But would
arrange visit to client prior to expiry date and renew. We normally
keep in regular contact with clients, check they are happy, no gripes
etc. and hopefully anticipate any problems. We have never lost a
client through bad work etc.
Short term contracts - anything and everything considered - depending on when and where and how many hours etc.
Happy with quote - we would keep in contact once our quote was sent, suggest on-site visit. They give us starting date, we would then visit site prior to start date, or on start date, erect warning signs, show guard around site, go through site instructions with guard, introduce him to staff etc
